Clouds associated with the instability zone are still influencing the local weather.
FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS:
The weather will remain cloudy to overcast over the whole island with intermittent showers. The showers will be moderate at times in the evening with isolated thunderstorms.
The minimum temperature will be between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius over the central plateau and between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius along the coastal regions.
The gloomy weather will persist tomorrow. The showers will be more frequent to the East, South and over the central plateau. There is risk of isolated thunderstorms.
The maximum temperature will be between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius over the high grounds and between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius elsewhere.
Wind from the northern sector 20 km/h with peaks of 50 km/h.
Sea moderate beyond the reefs with South-Westerly swells.

1. Visibility will be significantly reduced during showers and in fog patches. Road users are advised to be very cautious.
2. During thundery showers, the public is advised to remain in safe places and avoid open areas, sea ventures and sheltering under trees.
