Plot:
'Jai jai Maharashtra Majha' is based on a tale with a different theme. The film presents a story of Ashwini Stevenson (Anusha Dandekar) who is adopted by an American, from an orphanage in Pune, when she was just 4 years old. Later, in USA, she grows up to become a world renowned Tennis player.
Ashwini plans her 10 day visit to India, to see the orphanage, where she spent her earlier days of childhood. Vishal Singh Mohite (Hemant Dhome) , son of a rich family plays the host for Ashwini, during her stay in India; and the film rolls on to show their journey from Mumbai-Pune-Kolhapur-Pune and Mumbai. On this route, Ashwini comes across few people and somewhere she discovers something very strange and connected to her past.
